Hammond Drysuits has recently supplied eight made-to-measure industrial drysuits to civil engineering company J Breheny Contractors Ltd.
The suits are being used by Breheny, who has extensive experience in river and marine civil engineering. The suits will go straight into operation with four groups of people erecting Coir Roll Fencing along the River Nar in Norfolk between Pentney and Setchey.
The industrial drysuits are made-to-order and made-to-measure using a strong and flexible condura / polyester fabric. As standard, they come complete with back zip for rear donning providing additional flexibility, Stihl Chainsaw steel toe cap boots and are in yellow / black and reflector stripes for greater visibility. “The drysuits were bought from Hammond because we know from previous experience they can deliver the quality we need within the timescale we work to,” commented Peter Carter, plant manager at J Breheny Contractors Ltd.
Breheny work to tight deadlines with staff working out in the field often in cold, wet conditions. Having staff who are comfortable makes it easier for them to do their job and having each employee with their own made-to-measure drysuit for when working in the water is key for that comfort. “Our made-to-measure drysuits fit exactly to an individual’s size and shape providing ultimate comfort and flexibility so they can focus on the task in hand,” explains Chris Hammond, managing director at Hammond Drysuits.
