During the Covid-19 pandemic, we have been running a skeleton team here at Hammond, where we have continued to manufacture new drysuits and carry out repairs to existing drysuits.
The safety and well being of our team here is our number one priority, and therefore whilst we have not lost a day of production, due to less people and maintaining social distancing guidelines, manufacturing has slowed.
We are gradually bringing the team back and we are doing our best to get drysuits out the door as quickly as we can. We know you are all itching to get back in the water.
For repairs, we are currently working on a 10-day turnaround. Our booking system did not allow for Covid-19 so there are delays on all new drysuits, which we sincerely apologise for. If you would like to know the status of your drysuit, please email us, email@example.com, and we will update you on its progress.
We have a system that has worked for over 40 years, but as you can imagine this is the first time in our history, that we have experienced anything quite like this. Your custom is important to us and we are working as hard as we can to get back on track.
